Automatic Payment Options
Bridge Pointe is now offering an ACH program. This program will automatically deduct your rental payment from your checking account on or around the 3rd of each month.
No more late fees or having to remember to Drop off your rent check. click the link below to print the ACH form and fill it out and return to the rental office.
If at anytime you wish to stop your automatic draft
Please allow up to 10 business days from our receipt of
the form for your request to be processed.
Form must be received by the 25th of the month
in order to be processed prior to the next billing.

If you see anything that is in need of attention, please call the office ASAP so that your home can be serviced. They come on the property every Tuesday for regular service and special service calls, so let us know the day before.
