POOL SEASON AND PASSES
The pool is open and you must stop by the office to pick up your new pool passes. Please make sure you stop by to get your 2010 season pass or you may be asked to leave. Remember that any guests must be with you and non-residents are not permitted to use the amenities.

Automatic Payment Options
Bridge Pointe is now offering an ACH program. This program will automatically deduct your rental payment from your checking account on or around the 3rd of each month. No more late fees or having to remember to Drop off your rent check. click the link below to print the ACH form and fill it out and return to the rental office.

Refer a Friend to live at Bridge Pointe and you will receive a check up to $300.00 !! Yes that's right! If your friend leases for 6 months you will receive $150.00 and if they lease for 12 months you will receive $300.00 after they have moved in. They must mention your on their first visit to qualify, so be sure to tell them to say they were referred by you!

PEST CONTROL
If you see anything that is in need of attention, please call the office ASAP so that your home can be serviced. They come on the property every Tuesday for regular service and special service calls, so let us know the day before. Also, If you have pets, we also offer flea service for a resonable charge. Contact the office for details.
